Online Wills

The Fast and Easy Way To Legally Write Your Will in England & Wales.

We are a dedicated, professional, independent Will writing company who provide an affordable legal Will writing service to all adults throughout England and Wales.

Our service was founded so that our clients had an easy and inexpensive way to produce a basic Will provision, so that at least the fundamental requirements - money, childcare and estate distribution - were clearly and legally laid out for their beneficiaries.

Our fully legal postal Will writing service offers you an affordable way to write your own Will and as we are completely independent you can be confident of our impartiality. Making a Will has never been easier!

Each year the Treasury gains £millions from people who died without writing a Will - do you want them to have your money too?

Our aim is to offer you peace of mind knowing your family will be properly looked after in the future and your Estate will be sorted how you wish.

Writing your Will needn't be massively expensive either; not everyone needs to see a lawyer to have their Will written - if you require a simple Will, have no major investments or offshore bank accounts, why pay through the nose for a solicitor to write your Will?

Our postal Will writing service offers you the security of having a Will but a very affordable price - simply request your postal Will pack by filling in the form below and we'll send one out to you by return of post!

Why Do I Need To Write A Will?

Will writing is something we all put off, yet it could be the most important thing you ever do for your family. If you haven't written a Will then you will have no say in what happens to your Estate - at the very least:

Your life insurance policies may not be paid until probate has been granted unless they are written into trust. (Probate will take many months, sometimes two or three years to be granted). That could lead to mortgage arrears or even repossession!

If your Children are orphaned and you have not appointed a guardian in a Will then Social Services or a judge can decide who looks after them including allocating them to Foster Parents.

If you do not make a Will your spouse or family will have to employ a solicitor to sort out the mess of dying without a Will...

You will be lucky to get change out of £5,000 and in all probability the solicitor's bill may make a mess out of £10,000 for the average property owning family.

We are proud to be members of The Master Guild Of Will Writers

You do not need to see a solicitor to write your Will - members of the Master Guild Of Will Writers are independent Will Writing Specialists who can supply you with a legally written Will at a fraction of the cost of using a solicitor, but you will still get the same legal Will at the end of the day

Getting a Will set up with a 'Master Guild' member is so simple. Whatever your situation, everybody should have one to avoid the law deciding everything for you (under the Administration of Estates Act 1925).

Keep it up to date throughout life, make changes to it following key events such as births, marriage, divorce or death of people named in your Will and address these changes or you may just want to reflect new wishes.
